The terms for using this website, the contact form and the free trial of KompaniX.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website, the contact form and the creation of a trial account. The website is published by WEBSHOT; the company details are in the imprint.
By creating a trial account you enter into an agreement for the free trial; no payment obligation arises. You take out a paid subscription only if you choose to after the trial.
2. Free trial
The trial lasts seven days and is free; no credit card or other payment details are needed. During the trial you use all features of the chosen plan, within reasonable limits for email, storage and AI usage.
If you do not convert the trial into a subscription, we close the environment and delete it thirty days after the end of the trial, with all its data. Until then you can export your data. In case of abuse, such as sending unsolicited email, we may close a trial account earlier.
3. Information on the website
The features and prices on this website describe the current version of KompaniX; what is marked as planned is not yet available. Prices may change, but not during a running subscription period. We keep the information carefully, but no rights can be derived from it.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, images, logo and the name KompaniX belong to WEBSHOT. You may link to pages of this website and quote with attribution. Copying or reproducing for commercial purposes requires written permission.
5. Liability
The website is provided as is. WEBSHOT is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website or from reliance on the information on it, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness. Mandatory consumer law remains fully in force.
6. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy statement, which forms part of these terms.
7. Data processing agreement
For the personal data your company processes in KompaniX, WEBSHOT is the processor. The data processing agreement forms part of these terms and applies from the moment the account is created.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. An amendment does not apply retroactively to a price guarantee already granted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
