One price per company
You pay for what your company needs, not per user. Adding a colleague or your bookkeeper costs nothing extra.
KompaniX is built by WEBSHOT, a small company in Sint Hubert, the Netherlands, that has made websites, web shops and software for small businesses since 2010. No investors, no growth plan for its own sake; just a system we use ourselves every day.
KompaniX started as WEBSHOT’s internal system: quotes, invoices, payments, tickets and a portal for our own clients, in one place. It replaced a website, an accounting link, a mailbox full of loose agreements and a pile of PDFs.
When clients asked whether they could use it too, it turned out that every small service business has the same problem: the administration is spread over five tools that know nothing about each other. KompaniX puts website, quotes, invoices, payments, support and client portal in one subscription, per company.
WEBSHOT is a sole proprietorship in Sint Hubert, North Brabant. Since 2010 we have built websites, web shops and custom software for installers, shops, consultants and IT companies in the Netherlands and beyond. Those clients are also the first users of KompaniX.
Small means direct: the person you write to is the person who builds it. It also means we do not add features because a competitor has them, but because a client needs them.

Every company has its own, separate database in the EU. You can always export, as CSV, UBL and PDF. You can cancel monthly.
The assistant does the work you entrust to it, within a budget and under a threshold you set. Every action is in a log.
Dutch invoice requirements, iDEAL, Peppol for Belgium, e-Factura for Romania. Dutch, English and Romanian from day one.
KompaniX is under development. The foundation, the CRM WEBSHOT uses itself, has been running for years; it is now being made ready for multiple companies, with their own accounts, their own website and their own domain per company.
