Invoices that are correct
Invoices with gapless numbering, VAT per rate and a PDF that never changes after sending. Recurring invoices run on their own; reminders go out by themselves.
Invoices meet the Dutch requirements: gapless sequential numbering, VAT per rate, reverse charge, mandatory mentions. A sent invoice never changes again; corrections go through a credit note. Recurring invoices for maintenance, hosting or subscriptions run automatically.

Correct for the tax office
Gapless sequential numbering, VAT per rate, reverse-charged VAT, company and VAT numbers, invoice and due dates. A sent invoice is never changed; a correction is a credit note that refers to the original.
Recurring invoices and subscriptions
Maintenance, hosting, a monthly package: set the period and the lines once and KompaniX creates and sends the invoice. You see in advance what goes out next month.
Reminders without the awkwardness
An overdue invoice gets a reminder, automatically or only after your approval. Every reminder is in the client file, with the payment link included.

Frequently asked questions
What must an invoice contain?
Your name and address, company and VAT numbers, the invoice date, a unique sequential number, the client details, the description, the VAT rate and the VAT amount. KompaniX fills this in automatically.
Can I still edit a sent invoice?
No, and that is by design. You create a credit note and then a new invoice. That keeps your records consistent.
How does an invoice get into my accounting?
Through export to CSV and UBL, which your accountant or your accounting package imports. Integrations with Moneybird, e-Boekhouden and Peppol are on the roadmap.
