What does “under a threshold” mean?
In Business you set an amount and a type of action. Below it the assistant handles things itself, for example answering a simple ticket. Above it, it asks you.
Is there a limit on AI usage?
Every plan has an AI budget: small in Site, generous in Pro, large in Business. You see the usage in the admin.
