Terms of use
Last updated on
The terms for using this website, the waitlist and the contact form. The subscription terms of the product follow at launch.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and to sign-ups through the waitlist and the contact form. The website is published by WEBSHOT; the company details are in the imprint.
KompaniX is not yet available as a product. By signing up you do not enter into a contract for the product and no payment obligation arises.
2. Waitlist and private beta
Joining the waitlist is free and without obligation; you can unsubscribe at any time. Joining gives no right to take part in the private beta: we select participants by industry, size and order of sign-up.
Participants in the private beta keep the price shown on the pricing page at the moment they entered the beta, for the chosen plan, as long as that subscription continues without interruption.
3. Information on the website
The features, prices and planning on this website describe the planned version at launch. They may change until launch. We keep the information carefully, but no rights can be derived from it.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, images, logo and the name KompaniX belong to WEBSHOT. You may link to pages of this website and quote with attribution. Copying or reproducing for commercial purposes requires written permission.
5. Liability
The website is provided as is. WEBSHOT is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website or from reliance on the information on it, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness. Mandatory consumer law remains fully in force.
6. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy statement, which forms part of these terms.
7. Changes
We may amend these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. An amendment does not apply retroactively to a price guarantee already granted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
